We understand that travel plans may change, so we have a flexible cancellation policy in place:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: No retention charges (Full refund after deducting 5% GST).
• Cancellations made between 21 to 15 days before check-in: 50% retention charges apply.
• Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in: 100% retention charges apply (No refund).

🔹 Refund Process:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed and credited  within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
• Bank charges and transaction fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
• No refunds will be provided for early departures, unused services, or no-shows.
