Welcome to Safar Sathi! By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
- Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before the tour starts.
- Prices mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans may change, so we have a flexible cancellation policy in place:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: No retention charges (Full refund after deducting 5% GST).
- Cancellations made between 21 to 15 days before check-in: 50% retention charges apply.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in: 100% retention charges apply (No refund).
🔹 Refund Process:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
- Bank charges and transaction fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refunds will be provided for early departures, unused services, or no-shows.
- Changes to Itinerary
- Safar Sathi reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, government regulations, or operational issues.
- Alternative arrangements will be made without compromising the quality of the tour.
- Travel & Health Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all travelers have valid travel and health insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.
- Safar Sathi is not responsible for any medical expenses, accidents, or personal losses during the trip.
- Responsibilities & Liabilities
- Travelers are responsible for their belongings, passports, and other important documents.
- Safar Sathi is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal property during the trip.
- Any illegal activities, violation of local laws, or misconduct during the trip will result in immediate termination of the tour without any refund.
- Force Majeure
- In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil disturbances, or government-imposed restrictions, Safar Sathi will not be held liable for cancellations or delays.
- Refunds in such cases will be subject to our service providers’ policies.
- Code of Conduct for Travelers
- Travelers must respect local culture, customs, and laws at all destinations.
- Any disruptive behavior that affects the experience of other travelers will not be tolerated.
- Environmental responsibility: Travelers should avoid littering and harming nature.
